The personal data of applicants, who will be sharing their personal information via Google Forms, will be used by Arro & Agasild Inseneribüroo OÜ and Arro & Agasild Element OÜ (AAIB) board members and relevant officials only for the purposes of contacting and requiting the suitable employees.
Applicants’ personal data will not be forwarded to any third parties without applicants’ prior consent.
Applicants contact details will be used only to contact suitable applicants in order to offer the engineering jobs provided by AAIB. Applicants contact details will not be used for promotional letters or any other bulk e-mails.
The data gathered during this process will be stored up to 1 year from the date of entry by the applicant on the application form. After 1 year all the data gathered during the application process will be erased permanently. The applicants can request all the data regarding their application to be erased earlier by sending the request to JobsForUkrainians@arroagasild.ee.
